Shopping at emily's For a purchase, please contact us by e-mail at emilymatusek@rocketmail.com.  We're a small business
                                                      (one-woman, two dogs and two cats) and we don't take credit cards.  That way, we can all save
                                                      a little money. We'll be happy to send purchases by US mail, and you can send payment the same way.
                                                       We also donate part of our profit to local animal welfare causes.

Shipping and handling Every effort will be made to deliver your order to you as soon as possible. Please
                                                    allow approximately 2 weeks for delivery. Special orders may take longer, but we
                                                     will keep you informed. We use US mail, and will inform you of shipping charges for each order.

Privacy policy emily's does not disclose any information about its customers to any third party.
                                         Your name, address and email address are used strictly for contact and shipping
                                                   purposes.

Returns We hope that you are satisfied with your purchase. If not, you may return the item in it's
                       original condition within 15 days of receiving your order for a full refund. There are,
                       however, no returns on personalized items.
